TPMS.

Very cold temperatures and temperature changes can affect the performance of a TPMS sensor. It can even cause the warning light to activate!

Temperature fluctuations affect tire pressure. For each 6 ° C rise or fall in temperature, tire pressure will change approximately 2% (1 psi). In a year of changes in the season, temperatures from 30 ° C to 0 ° C can be observed, leading to a difference of about 5 psi. This difference can cause the TPMS warning light to come on.

So keep an eye on your tire pressure in case of large temperature changes and inflate your tires in time!
