Welding.

With a view to the safety of bodywork and the reduction of fuel consumption, more and more car manufacturers have started to design differently. More and more use is made of lighter, but stronger materials (aluminum, HSS, UHSS, Boron steel, etc.). This also requires a different weld connection for damage repair work on these bodies.

The answer to this development is MIG brazing. Due to the low temperature during MIG brazing, 950 ° C instead of 1500 ° C during the MIG welding process, the car bodywork is subject to less heating. The result of this is that the zinc protection layer hardly burns and the car body undergoes much less structural change.
